Travel Friday
As I am new to blogging, I am trying to achieve some rhythm in my blogs so I am making Friday travel day, so I will post photographs of places I've travelled to and places I'd like to travel to. Ultimately it with be about architecture, living and culture so enjoy.
Today its architecture in Vietnam and Cambodia, these countries I have had the pleasure of visiting, they have had many influences throughout the ages, and have a unique culture,for example; in Hanoi, french pasties are still available and this is juxtaposed against traditional Vietnamese food and excellent combination. The fruit forgive the clique { is to die for] I have never tasted fruit like it, for example; a pineapple is 10 times more flavoursome than a pineapple in Australia, so I would like to recommend; if you enjoy fresh unadulterated good food you must visit these countries.
Both these countries have been colonised many times Vietnam and Cambodia as you would know have suffered terribly from war, so this all, has a had, profound influence on their culture today. Both these countries had come out the other side of this trauma and their people have got on with their lives, they are bright happy, intelligent and are embracing the 21st century head-on, so go and see for yourself.
