 This is an easy budget idea, use an old door, drill holes in each corner tie good quality strong rope, hang from a strong tree limb, it is best to drill a hole through if you leave hanging on branch it will eventually kill the branch. easy to pack in a good size car for a picnic. Pick up mismatched vintage plates and cutlery from your local secondhand store. Everyone will want one, what a great xmas or birthday pressie.

This post is about using vintage or grandma's dollies to create something that will give your home an individual personal touch. I have collected my mums crochet rugs and a few dollies she made over the years. I have also been collecting lace tablecloths, dollies lace curtains from the second hand shop to make my own dollie curtain will post shortly. I hope these pictures give you some ideas for your own curtains or tablecloths, I am buying the lace dollies, tablecloths etc for about 20cents to the dollar au, happy hunting.

This adorable screen could be made by painting some reclaimed doors white and joining by using some hinges, make sure your doors are for external not internal as they are not weather proof. An old front door would be prefect or some windows would look great. Send me some pictures of your own screens.If you are using your screens inside internal doors will be fine.
